This series of heavy welding bases & frames is tailored for large equipment fixing and supporting, focusing on structural stability, flatness and shock resistance. We select high-rigidity heavy steel plates, conduct precise cutting and positioning bending, ensuring tight assembly of each plate before welding to avoid assembly gaps.
Adopting symmetrical welding and segmented welding technology, we effectively control welding deformation and ensure overall flatness and verticality of the base. Welds are reinforced at stress concentration points, enhancing overall shock resistance and avoiding fracture under equipment operation vibration. Post-weld overall shaping and leveling treatment further improve product assembly accuracy.
We can reserve mounting holes, wire holes and fixing slots as per requirements, facilitating on-site installation and equipment docking. Surface adopts sandblasting, rust removal and heavy anti-corrosion coating, with excellent anti-rust and wear resistance, suitable for long-term fixed use of heavy equipment indoors and outdoors.
