Materials We Stamp
Carbon steel (SPCC/SPHC, Q235), stainless steel (304/430), galvanized sheet, and aluminum. For agricultural screens and grates we work closely with perforated and punched-pattern designs, controlling burr direction so the part stays safe to handle and clean in service.

Hard tooling is a commitment. Before you pay for it, we laser-cut your part, bend or form the critical features by hand fixture, and send you a physical sample to fit-check. The drawing is corrected once - against reality, not assumptions. Then we design the production die around the validated geometry. You see the part before you pay for the die.
