Medium-sized welded parts typically combine sheet metal and structural steel components. We use laser cutting for sheet parts, saw/plasma for sections, CNC press brake for forming, and both manual and robotic welding for assembly. For stainless steel parts, we use TIG welding with argon back-purge for clean, corrosion-resistant welds. Post-weld machining is available for critical dimensions.
