Manufacturing Capabilities

Mooring plate fabrication requires heavy-plate welding expertise. We use SAW (submerged arc welding) for full-penetration welds on eye ring connections, achieving consistent weld penetration and bead profile. Each critical weld is ultrasonically tested by our qualified NDT technicians, with UT reports provided. For corrosion protection, we apply HDG base coating followed by a marine-grade epoxy/polyurethane system rated for C5 marine environments per ISO 12944.
