A: Hot-dip galvanizing runs through audited partner lines to AS/NZS 4680, with coating thickness verification before shipping. You get the test report in the batch file.

Q: Can you manufacture to our drawings and our weld symbols?

A: Yes. OEM drawings, your welding symbols, your inspection regime. We qualify WPS to match, and document every batch.

Q: What quantities do OEM programs typically start at?

A: Prototype runs start at one piece. Production programs typically run 50–5,000 pieces per release, recurring monthly or quarterly.

Q: How do you handle freight and export from China?

A: We quote FOB Qingdao by default and can arrange CIF/DDP through our freight partners. Export documentation is prepared in-house.
