Manufacturing Capabilities

Our beam fabrication process begins with plate cutting (laser or flame depending on thickness), followed by edge preparation, automatic SAW welding of flange-to-web joints, straightening, CNC drilling of connection holes, and surface treatment. We use welding fixtures to maintain web-to-flange squareness within ±1mm per meter. All welds are visually inspected and, where required, ultrasonically or radiographically tested.

Q: What is the maximum beam size you can fabricate?

A: We can fabricate built-up beams up to 1500mm web height, 600mm flange width, and 12 meters length. For larger sections, please contact us to discuss feasibility.

Q: Do you provide weld testing certificates?

A: Yes, we provide visual inspection reports as standard. UT (ultrasonic testing) or RT (radiographic testing) reports are available on request. Welder qualifications per ISO 9606 are available for verification.

Q: Can you galvanize large beams after fabrication?

A: Yes, our HDG partner facility can accommodate beams up to 12m length. For very large sections, we can arrange a suitable galvanizing bath or discuss alternative coating systems.
