Manufacturing Capabilities
Linkage arms are fabricated using laser cutting + press brake forming, with robotic welding for bracket attachment. Pins are CNC turned from 42CrMo bar stock, then heat-treated to achieve HRC 45-50 hardness. Each pin is hardness-tested with a portable durometer. Brackets and clevises are cut from plate and welded to arms with full-penetration welds. We maintain jigs and fixtures for common tractor models to ensure consistent fitment.
