Manufacturing Capabilities

We fabricate marine and waterfront products using laser cutting for plate components, CNC press brake for forming, and MIG/TIG welding for assembly. Bollards and posts are typically fabricated from steel pipe or RHS with welded base plates. Dock hardware components are cut and formed from plate. All products receive HDG coating after fabrication for complete corrosion protection.

A: We manufacture bollards from 100mm to 300mm diameter, in heights from 600mm to 1500mm. Custom sizes are available.
