BESS enclosure fabrication uses our sheet metal line: fiber laser cutting for panel components, CNC press brake for forming, robotic spot welding and MIG welding for assembly, and powder coating. We integrate gaskets, locks, hinges, cable glands, and ventilation components during assembly. For outdoor enclosures, we apply outdoor-durable powder coat systems with UV resistance.
