Designed for outdoor harsh engineering environments, this anti-corrosion steel frame adopts thick steel plate integrated bending forming, with stronger structural stability and wind pressure resistance. Adopting heavy-duty full-penetration welding process, the frame has high overall strength, able to withstand outdoor wind, snow, impact and other external forces, suitable for long-term outdoor open-air use.
Focusing on outdoor anti-corrosion demand, we adopt double anti-corrosion surface treatment: first sandblasting to reach Sa2.5 grade rust removal standard, then matched with hot-dip galvanizing + weather-resistant coating dual protection, effectively resisting rain erosion, ultraviolet radiation, salt spray and other corrosion, thoroughly solving rust and deformation problems of outdoor steel structures.
