Product Details
This heavy-duty equipment base welding frame adopts integrated thick steel plate CNC bending process, replacing traditional splicing structure, with higher overall structural strength and better stability. We select Q235B/Q355B heavy-gauge steel plates (thickness customizable), using large-scale CNC bending equipment to achieve one-time forming of right angles, inclined angles and special-shaped structures, ensuring consistent bending angles, minimal dimensional deviation and smooth transition without cracks.
Adopting heavy-duty MIG/MAG full-penetration welding process, all welds are strictly polished and non-destructively tested to eliminate pores, cracks and incomplete fusion defects. Post-weld stress relief treatment is carried out to thoroughly solve thermal deformation, ensuring long-term use under heavy load without warping or distortion. The integrated bending design reduces welding joints effectively, enhancing the overall load-bearing capacity and service life of the frame.
We support customized reserved mounting holes, wire holes and positioning grooves according to equipment requirements, with precision machining to ensure perfect matching with equipment assembly. Surface treatments including sandblasting, rust removal, primer and powder coating are optional, adapting to long-term use in industrial workshops and harsh operating environments.
