This series of heavy welding parts is specially developed for extreme heavy-load working scenarios, adopting ultra-thick high-strength carbon steel & alloy steel plates, breaking through the limitations of conventional sheet metal fabrication. We adopt CNC flame/plasma thick-plate cutting technology, ensuring neat blanking of plates over 50mm thickness, with precise bevel processing to lay a solid foundation for full-penetration welding.
Our certified welders carry out multi-pass submerged arc welding & MIG heavy-duty welding, strictly following qualified welding procedure specification (WPS), realizing full penetration of thick plates, with firm, dense welds free of pores, cracks and incomplete fusion. Post-weld stress relief treatment is implemented to eliminate internal stress, thoroughly solving deformation and cracking problems under long-term heavy load and strong vibration.
Each product undergoes UT non-destructive testing and full-dimensional inspection, with stable structural performance and long service life. We can customize various heavy frames, bearing bases, main support parts and connecting components, perfectly adapting to harsh working conditions of heavy machinery.
