Aiming at high-corrosion outdoor, offshore and coastal environments, this series of heavy welding parts adopts weather-resistant steel, marine-grade alloy steel and thick stainless steel materials, with inherent corrosion resistance far exceeding ordinary steel. We implement pollution-free welding operations to retain material corrosion resistance and avoid weld rust and deterioration.
Welds are fully polished and passivated, eliminating weld pores and cracks that cause corrosion. Post-weld multi-layer anti-corrosion treatment is carried out in strict accordance with ISO 12944 standard, including sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade, zinc-rich primer, intermediate paint and topcoat, forming a durable anti-corrosion protective layer, resisting salt spray, humidity and industrial corrosion for long periods.
All products undergo salt spray test verification, with excellent corrosion resistance, no rust, no peeling and long service life. Suitable for port machinery, offshore supporting facilities, outdoor engineering structures and other high-corrosion scenarios, reducing maintenance frequency and cost.
